³ Automatic payment and paperless billing sign-up are required for TRAKKER®. This Agreement shall be for a minimum term of twelve (12) months and include twelve (12) monthly treatments. Early termination by the Client shall incur a $99.00 cancellation fee plus any applicable discount adjustments. Any cancellation must be provided at least thirty (30) days in advance
